Babbs Weissman, PPC

Provisional Professional Counselor in

Wyoming (PPC-1540) and Idaho (CI - 2771253)

Babbs Weissman is a Provisional Professional Counselor in Wyoming who works with individuals, couples, families, groups, and high-level athletes of all ages. She provides trauma-informed care with a focus on connection, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. Babbs works with adolescents, young adults, and adults both in-person and via telehealth.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative and relational. Babbs believes that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships — where clients feel seen, heard, and met just as they are. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the person in front of her, drawing from a variety of therapeutic tools while staying grounded in empathy and authenticity.

Babbs values creating a space where clients feel free to show up fully — whether that’s sitting together in an office, meeting outdoors, or taking a walk during session. She welcomes honest feedback and encourages clients to guide the work in ways that feel meaningful and supportive.

Her belief in the power of therapy comes not only from her professional training but also from her personal experience as a client. She knows the courage it takes to begin this work — and she brings that understanding into every session.

Babbs holds degrees from the University of Wyoming, Pepperdine University, and Montana State University. She offers a sliding scale when needed and can provide superbills for clients seeking insurance reimbursement.
